You will lead, support and develop our Lincoln based team of 10 Health and Safety Advisors. This entails supporting both Lincolnshire County Council through our strategic partnership arrangement in delivering their 4 year Health and Safety management strategy and all other clients with their H&S agendas across both public and private sectors. Making a significant contribution to business development is key to our continuing growth through real-world health and safety solutions for our clients.
Highly driven and able to demonstrate your ability to drive agendas forward, focus on results, overcome barriers and deliver specific outcomes. You will have a proven track record of providing Health and Safety advice, guidance and support to managers within a large/complex/diverse organisation, ideally spanning Public and Private sectors. You have an exceptional customer focus and can demonstrate strong people management skills including the ability to inspire, motivate and enthuse both customers and colleagues. You are now ready to move up a level into a role with a wider sphere of leadership responsibility. A minimum qualification of a NEBOSH diploma is required and ideally you will be a chartered member of IOSH or an acceptable equivalent.
