We didn't become the UK's number one gums and jellies brand, without a great team.
As well as being great tasting, HARIBO products are high quality - the same goes for the people we employ and the experience we offer them. We know job satisfaction equals customer satisfaction, and when it comes to happiness at work, we've found that full support, excellent training and fantastic benefits are very successful ingredients.
Joining our established Health & Safety team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the way our UK Operation runs. It's a varied and diverse role that will see you working closely with colleagues, Managers, Heads of Department and Supervisors.
You'll provide active support and advice on risk assessment, accident investigation and H&S risk management. You'll be involved in every aspect of audits and spot checks. You'll contribute to developing and reviewing our H&S management systems. We will also expect you to promote continuous improvement of H&S at work in all kinds of ways - from developing procedures and training, to facilitating teams and assisting with the management of site projects.
With a minimum of Graduate Membership of IOSH, with a NEBOSH Diploma qualification/degree level equivalent, you will also have proven post-qualification experience. Ideally, you've been working in a manufacturing environment as a health & safety practitioner. You'll certainly have experience of carrying out audits and leading accident investigations and risk assessments. We'll expect you to be a team player and demonstrate the drive to deliver a great service on your own initiative.
In return for your dedication to us, you'll enjoy our commitment to you. That means great benefits including a generous holiday allowance, bonus scheme, and pension scheme. It also means plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
