Job: Health and Safety Manager, Allen and York

We're working exclusively with a national charity to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Manager to work across the UK to provide strategic leadership on health and safety management issues, ensuring continuous development and implementation in all areas of health and safety.

You will be working across a number of challenging environments and therefore proven experience  is need of providing expert advice to resolve challenging situations in a practical and creative way.

You will have experience of managing and developing a health and safety system in a large, multi-site organisation having previously worked within the service sector - preferable a charity.

NEBOSH diploma or equivalent is an essential requirement. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with people at all levels. Proven ability to think and plan strategically and operationally is essential.

The location for the position is flexible but the successful candidate will be required to spend 2/3 days a week in London.
