A market leading property management firm have an interesting opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager who is Nebosh Diploma or NVQ level 4 qualified to provide maternity cover for the current Health & Safety Manager. The role will be working on a large portfolio of clients covering a range of property including shopping Centre, industrial & office accommodation. As H&S manager you will provide a comprehensive and sometimes bespoke safety advisory service to clients often through the use of 3rd Party sub-contract suppliers.
Applicants will have experience within Estates / Property Management or FM sector. As H&S manager you will provide safety advice and guidance to clients, maintain policy & procedure, trainng needs analysis, implementing best practice and legislative changes. The role will be based predominately in the main Manchester location with occasional travel around UK.
The client is ideally looking for candidates to be available from June 2012 onwards but would consider candidates being available in May. The role will provide continuity of Health & Safety services during the maternity leave of the current incumbent therefore the client requires candidates who are confident and who have excellent communications skills.
