Regional Health & Safety Manager
You will need to be based in the Sout East with access into London.
We require a Regional Health & Safety Manager for one of the UK’s most successful people facing property firms, working within their asset management division.
Covering the South East and London you will engage, support, coach and direct current clients to help create a positive culture. You will have a vast amount of experience in operational delivery, aligning strategies between organisations and will have the technical ability to support clients without facilitating the concept to completion process.
Reporting the Head of Health & Safety, you will have responsibility for one of the key portfolios in the organisation. Ideal experience will be within the commercial property sector and a practical and pragmatic approach to health and safety is heavily advantageous.
As the successful Health and Safety Advisor, you will have:
• NEBOSH Diploma (or currently working towards)
• Operational delivery experience including Fire safety, Health & Safety
• A background in real estate or commercial property
• A practical and pragmatic approach to health and safety
• Be able to build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
• A strong, confident approach when client facing
Offering a competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 plus generous benefits package to include annual bonus, car or Car allowance, pension
