We are currently going through a large period of growth and have vacancy for a Health and Safety Compliance Officer within the Asset Management team.

Hours: 35
Salary: £26,350 to 35,650

About the Role: 
saha is looking for a competent, committed and enthusiastic person to join our Health & Safety Compliance team, and play a key role in ensuring the saha provides highest safety standards for our residents, staff, stakeholders and assets. You will report to the Health & Safety Compliance Manager, and work as part of a team in managing saha’s statutory and regulatory compliance, and to provide first class services in respect of all H&S related activities. You will ensure accurate documentation and records are maintained as part of saha’s compliance systems, whilst producing and writing management information reports, KPI’s and service developments. You role will also involve regular liaison with staff across the business, external agencies/stakeholders and saha’s supply chain.


About You: 
You should have some knowledge and experience of working in a property and/or workplace health & safety environment, with a regulatory compliance framework, and ideally a qualification in a recognised health and safety discipline (or working towards this). You should also possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated to work on your own initiative. Highly developed ICT skills, numeracy and problem solving abilities are essential, as is tenacity, accuracy and attention to detail.
