Job Details

An opportunity has arisen to join a property management business as a Fire Safety Advisor. In this role, you will work alongside a team of fire safety specialists, working to ensure compliance as well as driving a positive fire safety culture and working towards best practice.

The Role

  • Provide hands-on fire safety support to staff and managers
  • Undertake inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Promote a positive fire safety culture across the business
  • Assist in the development of the PAS7 fire safety management system
  • Develop and deliver fire safety training

 

The Candidate

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
  • Membership of a recognised fire safety institute
  • Practical experience as a fire safety advisor in a multi-site environment
  • Knowledge of the property sector desirable but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communicator - can liaise at all levels
  • Full driving licence, happy to travel within London and the South East as required
