Health & Safety Advisor

I have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join one of the country's leading principal contractors, to work on projects across Home Counties and London region. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering or utilities and happy to work as part of a large team across a billion pound framework or works 

The Role:

• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures
• Conduct site inspection when required
• Review risk assessments when required
• Assist in investigation of accidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses and other incidents when required
• In addition, you will be responsible for compiling monthly statistics and reports
• Carry out Health and Safety training to the workforce 

The Candidate:

• 2-5 years’ experience working in Health & Safety, experience working in civil engineering or construction environments would be a distinct advantage
• NEBOSH Certificate or NCRQ/equivalent 
• Tech IOSH 
• An enthusiastic professional who is always looking to grow and progress in their SHE career
