CDM Consultant / PD Consultant CDM2015

An expanding and established privately owned UK construction consultancy are seeking to further expand their existing team in London. The client has a number of major clients who they provide CDM / Principle Designer Services, providing the team with a high volume of small project works and on regular occasion a small number of larger projects.

The client have created a very friendly, open CDM Team and they offer a supportive environment, with a real commitment to individual CPD.

With a mixture of office based and client site visit communication and organisation are key to role. Ideally you our hold a Nebosh certificate (or equivalent) but your knowledge of CDM 2015 and general Health & Safety is what the client need.

As Principle Designer, your duties will be to assist a number of clients in the collation of the pre-construction information (PCI), visiting sites identifying risks and hazards, attending project meetings, support project from pre-construction through to project completion.

Key skills required Principle Designer CDM2015

• Nebosh General or NCRQ Equivalent
• Experience of CDM2015
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent organisation skills

Package available for Principle Designer CDM2015

• Basic Salary up to £45,000 based on Experience
