HSE Coordinator (12 Month FTC)
A leading international Environmental, Health, and Safety Consultancy are looking for a HSE Coordinator to join their team. Operating from the Oxford office, you will be responsible for supporting the HSEQ team as required, ensuring the effective maintenance of a number of critical HSEQ arrangements and processes. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, with opportunity for further work.
Provision of advice and guidance on the practical implementation of company wide policy and procedure;
Duties including operating and maintaining the Event Communication system including preparing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports;
Assisting with the promotion of company campaigns;
Maintaining the H&S and environmental legal registers for the business;
Assisting with the upkeep of company HSEQ Management systems.
A relevant HSEQ Qualification and any experience in the sector is desirable;
Strong practical experience in Microsoft Excel;
Proven success in managing databases, and intranet sites;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships at all levels.
