SHE Advisor – Multi-site covering South East England
Brand new exciting multi-site role for a NEBOSH qualified Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor looking to join a progressive company that has significantly expanded year on year. With excellent promotional opportunities, covering a wide scope and range of blue chip clients.
As a global leading manufacturer who continue to rapidly grow, they require a Safety, Health and Environmental professional who has a proactive approach and can manage their own diary. You will need to be engaging and visible on client/customer sites to ensure you are approachable to be able to standardize the culture through engaging with employees and working with all levels of the business.
As the Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor you must be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH general in Health and Safety with at least 2-4years experience working in a demanding manufacturing environment. You must have experience in Environmental, Health and Safety management systems and it is desirable to hold IEMA – Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent.
It would be advantageous to have experience of improving safety culture within a fast paced multi-site environment. You will have the ability to work well under pressure with effective time management, ensuring efficiency whilst in the field. You will drive and implement local HSE programmes, policies and procedures based on corporate Policies.
You will assist administering and maintaining compliance programmes such as Occupational Health
screening, LOTO, Hazard Communication, Risk Assessment, SSOW, COSHH, control of PPE,RPE, Permits to work etc .
