Your new company
A small but growing safety consultancy is looking to hire a permanent Fire Risk Assessor to help deliver work to their client portfolio of residential property managing agents. The consultancy conduct Fire Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Asbestos Surveys across London and the South.
Your new role
As a Fire Risk Assessor you will be expected to conduct fire risk assessments on residential property blocks, commercial offices and buildings, write reports on findings and work with the clients to ensure improvement plans get implemented. You will also be tasked with conducting health and safety risk assessments and providing general safety advice to the clients.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fire safety with the minimum of the NEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent). You will be fully conversant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and solid experience of conducting Fire Risk Assessments. A NEBOSH General Certificate and general proactive health & safety experience would be beneficial.
