A leading leisure and attractions organisation is looking to appoint a Group Head of Health, Safety & Security - Training and Engagement who will be responsible for the development of new Group HSS training programmes and oversee the setting of HSS competency/training requirements globally. Additionally, this individual will drive H&S employee engagement across operations and report into the H&S Director.
The Role:

Develop and deliver new and appropriate Group HSS training programmes
Oversee the setting of HSS competency/training requirements
Design and deploy communication and engagement arrangements for the HSS team
Ensure suitable and sufficient HSS content is integrated into HR's Core, Management, Leadership and training programmes
Prepare background content for suitable articles to go into sector/discipline journals where required
Develop safety culture specific programme components for deployment across the operating Groups

The Candidate:

H&S qualified
Proven extensive experience in training design, delivery and evaluation of H&S training courses in a high-risk. blue chip organisation
Able to drive learning and engagement programmes
Relationship building capability with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
Innovative and forward thinker within the H&S discipline
Excellent presentation skills
Flexibility around working hours and location as some international travel may be required
