Environmental Advisor - Construction/ Maintenance

The successful candidate
Solid experience in managing environmental matters whist working with a principle contractor is key.
This is the ideal position for somebody who has a strong background in environmental site inspections and audits, pollution control, noise control, recycling and waste management.
Knowledge and experience of developing and maintaining ISO 14001 environmental management systems is essential, including delivering carbon reduction measures.
Previous experience in demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development is desired. You will need to show fantastic enthusiasm, drive and self-confidence which motivates and inspires others.
To be considered for this role you must have a recognised environmental qualifications and you will ideally hold a FULL membership with IEMA. 5 Years hands on work experience with a principle contractor across maintenance operations, construction or central government is advantageous.
A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK and is key.
