Health and Safety Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Safety Advisor to join a well established Property Management company to cover Midlands and the South West as part of the national safety team.
As a Regional Safety Advisor you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties within the Midlands and the South West. You will support managers and staff with general health and safety advice and support, providing a first point of contact for any requirements. You will manage and develop the audit program as well as conducting audits to ensure compliance and best practise to recognised ISO standards. You will attend meetings with senior managers to discuss health and safety topics as well as delivering staff training.
You will have experience in a health and safety position in a similar environment such as property management, facilities management or consultancy services managing client expectations. You will be qualified to NEBOSH Certificate standard, ideally NEBOSH Diploma. You will be able to work independently, able to communicate effectively, be comfortable liaising with senior managers, with experience of delivering training.
In return you will receive a basic salary of circa £40,000 plus benefits package which includes car allowance, private health, pension, life assurance, 25 days annual leave and discretionary bonus.
