HSE & Energy Manager - Leading Processing and Prodcution facility
Rapidly expanding market leader is looking for a Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Manager to join their fast paced production site in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting role to work in a blooming company with brilliant potential and a great chance to really make your mark.
The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Energy professional must be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification. You will hold Chartered status of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health CMIOSH or working towards. You will be a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment IEMA and it is desirable to hold a level 4 award in training delivery PTLLS.
You must have significant Health & Safety Management experience with a proven track record of successful improvements and the ability to guide and influence the agenda at all levels to ensure employees are actively engaged at all levels.
It is essential to have experience of operating under ISO 14001, operational knowledge of health, safety, fire and environment legislative and best practice with the ability to manage projects and budgets. You must have excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to design and deliver training.
As the Health, Safety, Environmental and Energy you will manage activities across the site; ensuring legal compliance, management of accreditations, engagement of internal and external stakeholders, staff training, and delivery of improvement projects. As part of the site Management team you are expected to influence across your peer group to ensure consistency and best practice in all areas.
