Health and Safety Officer - Utilities

The successful candidate
Previous experience within a health and safety officers or advisors role providing day to day health and safety support to management level is required along with hands on experience of risk assessments, accident investigations and audits.
Practical operational health and safety experience within either the utilities, construction or engineering sector is essential.
A Solid background in leading a behavioural safety change programme is essential for this role, you will be required to drive a zero harm health and safety culture throughout the organisation.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of the NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction, NCRQ or equivalent and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK is key. Will include overnight stays.
