Fire Compliance Manager
Top tier House Build and Maintenance Company based in the Newcastle area, with strong core values are seeking a proactive, forward thinking Fire Compliance Manager to develop, promote and manage Fire Safety across the business. The company are strong believers in developing their personnel and will train the right candidate in H&S and Electrical Safety.
The role will cover all estates and include ensuring that all relevant management, surveying, testing and inspection processes are carried out and follow up on all remedial works. As the training elements are completed the role will expand and encompass the extra duties.
NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent
Level 3 H&S Certificate (NEBOSH, NCRQ or equivalent)
Asbestos BOHS P402, P405 or P406 qualifications
