Your essential skills will include:

  • Good people and communication skills, strong judgement and decision making skills, excellent time management and ability to innovate and problem solve.
  • Strong asbestos technical skills, including an understanding of quality systems and commercial requirements.
  • Excellent client management and/or communication skills with ability to represent Ensafe in a positive manner to clients, suppliers, colleagues and the public through successful completion of paperwork, IT and records in a timely and accurate manner.

Senior Consultant/Project Manager

Coming from a strong background in asbestos surveys and air monitoring, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of asbestos consultancy, including evidence of detailed inspection and attentive testing.

You will lead and carry out detailed asbestos surveys/air monitoring on the more complex accounts, efficiently manage remedial and removal site works, and have an eye for quality by complying in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures and quality systems.

Qualification Requirements:

  • P402/03/04
  • CSCS Card
  • PTS Eligibility
  • Full Driving License

Desirable Criteria:

  • P401/05/06 Certificate
  • Degree Level Education
  • Confined Space/First Aid

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all aspects of operational site requirements including the technical services on the more complex surveys and PM sites.
  • Assist with the mentoring/coaching of less experienced site staff including technical training.
  • Provide on-site client liaison, communicating with Ensafe team members, problem solving on-site and ensuring the jobs are completed to the client’s satisfaction in accordance with Ensafe proposals, qualities, policies and cost requirements.
  • Complete all paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner, and including all QC requirements, report signing, training records.

Consultant/Surveyor

With proven experience of project management training or an equivalent qualification, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in asbestos consultancy, including evidence of detailed inspection and excellent customer service.

You will carry out and contribute to on-site asbestos surveying in full accordance with Ensafe policies, procedures and quality systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Completing all paperwork, QC requirements, report signing, training records efficiently.

Trainee Consultant

A fantastic entry role for an individual wanting to increase their understanding of operating within a strict quality system and develop their professional skill set.

You will assist qualified surveyors and consultants with conducting asbestos surveys, and seek to gain a full understanding of all legislation, working towards gaining a thorough understanding of asbestos surveying and gaining the P402 Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to qualified consultants and assigned survey teams through inputting site data into a bespoke database whilst on-site.
  • Undertake and proactively participate in the programme of training, ensuring that training records and sheets are completed and returned to the Training Administrator.
  • Take photographs of site locations in line with recognised process and procedure and upload site data/photographs onto internal system post survey.
  • Undertake and fulfil all necessary administrative duties including completion of timesheets, overtime and expenses claims, mileage records and any other requirement detailed within the control manual or as directed by the management.
