Peninsula Business Services is a multi-award winning health & safety service provider to over 28,000 clients across the Peninsula Group. We are looking to recruit an additional team member in our Health & Safety Department to provide technical and sales support to our Consultants and BDMs (Sales). 

This is a varied role assisting a thriving Health & Safety department with commercial and technical growth. This is a great opportunity for a health and safety professional who wants to expand their health & safety knowledge into new industry sectors. 

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual to join our well-established Health & Safety team. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of sales/technical tasks including liaising with clients and Sales/H&S Consultants to populate diaries and appointments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Proactively call potential Health & Safety clients to assist/support them in the delivery of our Health & Safety Services
  • Delivery of webinars and training sessions on online systems.
  • Coordinate, populate and manage the updates and information on BDM appointments (TLA).
  • Provide system support to our internal and external users to ensure stable delivery of our online system.
  • Responding to BDM (Sales) requests for technical H&S information.
  • Recording, analysing and maintaining accurate records sales generated from BDM appointments set.
  • Responsible for ongoing development of additional services.
  • Assist the Office Manager and Operations & Development Manager with written quotations for Health & Safety Service.
  • Implement and maintain training material for internal and external users.
  • Work closely with the Health & Safety Advisors and Consultants to contribute to the ongoing development of the account management service to Health & Safety Clients, while ensuring it supports our service portfolio.
  • To work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities.
