A confident and experienced PD/CDM-Consultant is required to join an exhilarating property consultancy based in Birmingham. With both interesting, long term projects as well as exciting fast turnarounds ranging from £500k - £35mil in multiple sectors they have a strong and growing client base. Working with both the internal and external design teams the best candidates will be a exceptional team players with the communication skills to emphasise and implement all Health and Safety/CDM requirements.
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a CDM-Coordinator on multi-million pound projects.
Fully conversant with CDM2015 regulations.
Incorporated Member APS (IMaPS).
Hold Nebosh General Certification or equivalent.
Outstanding communication skills.
Tech IOSH status or above.
Principal Designer status – recognised design qualification
Professional experience working with public, educational or commercial sectors.
