At FCO Services, we protect information, assets and people for organisations worldwide. Operating in some of the most challenging locations across the world, it goes without saying that Health and Safety (H&S) is a fundamental part of our work.

Support risk management across our Corporate Teams

In this brand new role you will join our Health and Safety team and play a key role in highlighting and assessing safety risks, and developing safety management strategies and activities. Your focus will be on providing support in managing health and safety risk in corporate functions, including finance, procurement, and HR.

Influencing Continuous Development and Improvements in Safety

Managing the H&S training programme, so that it can be delivered in a way that’s as effective as it is efficient, you will have the opportunity to influence and improve safety knowledge and competency. You’ll also maintain the audit programme and monitor safety performance through the production and analysis of health and safety management information.  – all the while supporting the safety governance running throughout our organisation.

Take the next big step in your career in H&S

To take advantage of this great opportunity, and move your career in H&S on to the next level, you’ll hold a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, and demonstrate the strong communication skills needed to deal with internal and external clients alike. If you’ve worked for an organisation which operates in the international arena before, so much the better.

In return, we can offer you a unique environment in which to influence internal behaviours and enhance our people’s awareness of H&S. You will also benefit from comprehensive support and development, not to mention gain valuable exposure to our H&S performance at both corporate and operational levels.

All our employees have to be security cleared to the highest level, so you will need to undergo a comprehensive vetting process before joining.
