A leading UK entertainment company is seeking an Occupational Health and Well being Manager to define, plan and implement this company's health and wellbeing strategy across their retail, stadia and office operations. This company will be looking for someone who is a registered general nurse. Safety, health and well being is a top priority for this growing organisation as they seek to improve their processes across the board. This is a newly created position and gives you the opportunity to have a personal input on the safety and well being in an organisation with over 20,000 employees and 18,000 retail outlets.

The Role:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the relevant business units, regulatory authorities and third party service providers to ensure best practice
  • Fostering an inclusive, collaborative Health and Safety culture and setting and monitoring clear measurable objectives and targets, which are visible and meaningful to all colleagues
  • Supporting policies, audits and reporting of Key OH&W Metrics
  • Establishing common standards across the group business;working with the Business Assurance team to incorporate OH&W and risk management into decision making
  • Delivering a structured management audit protocol; conducting on-site safety audits, inspections and risk assessment
  • Create Occupational Health and Wellbeing programme on an annual basis. Creates Occupational Health and Wellbeing initiatives and campaigns for promotion000
  • Develop training / presentations / briefing packages and deliver to appropriate target audience based on their role / responsibilities within the programme
  • Providing support to all teams to resolve any OH&W issues that may arise
