An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to join a market leading and expanding real estate provider. You will be based out of one of their many London office spaces, dependent on convenience.
As Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, your role will promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture within the Properties Services Division. As well as being responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational and strategic safety, you will also be able to apply your skillset to a variety of different aspects, for example: Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, Legionella risk assessments
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, planning their own diary as well as building strong and lasting relationships, reporting directly into the CEO. As client facing is an essential aspect to the role, the ideal candidate will be personable and engaging with the ability to interact with all levels of the workforce.
The real estate provided is mainly executive/ luxury office space so experience in Corporate / Blue-chip / FM would be desirable. You will be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with/working towards CMIOSH. Also qualifications and experience in Fire safety, Asbestos, Water/Legionella etc. would be beneficial.
In return you will receive a basic salary of circa. £45,000 including a competitive benefits package as well as continued support towards professional development.
