My client is a Global Engineering organisation who builds, develops and maintains estates across a variety of sectors including Property, Transportation and Power. They offer a fully integrated solution which has allowed them to develop a number of iconic buildings across the globe. They are currently in the process of growing their FM division and are looking to fill a number of key positions to support the growth.
Your new role
As the Compliance & Quality Manager you will report directly into the UK Head of FM, taking the lead of compliance within the newly developed FM function. You will be responsible for statutory legislation and requirements that affects the business's core operations, including Health & Safety Legislation, Environmental and Building regulations, ensuring all the right processes and systems are in place to have the highest levels of compliance. You will develop and maintain a full HSE audit function for the FM division, manage a program of building related testing i.e. COSHH, Legionella, fire, asbestos, and manage all ISO and Quality Management Systems.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a solid track record in Compliance and Quality Management, ideally from the banking or corporate sectors (but not essential). You will have knowledge and experience of building maintenance and FM related legislation, as well as being NEBOSH qualified as a minimum.
