Health and Safety Manager

A prestigious public institution based in Central London is looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to join their facilities division. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable organisation across different exciting projects.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be working in a stand-alone position reporting directly to the Head of Facilities and Security. You will be the organisation's competent person for Health & Safety, responsible for advising staff and contractors of their duties under CDM Regulations 2015 and ensuring that the CDM requirements are met. You will also be ensuring that Health & Safety policies, procedures, strategy and systems are in place and are in compliance with Health & Safety legislation. You will act as client representative for the new projects, identify and solve Health & Safety issues, maintain statistics on accidents and provide safety-related content for the company intranet.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You must hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and be working towards CMIOSH. You will have a strong background and understanding of CDM 2015, great communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a great worth ethic.
WHAT YOU'LL GET BY RETURN
You'll be offered £43,000 salary per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and local pension scheme.
