You’ll assist internal customers with achieving corporate objectives, including key aim of zero lost time accidents. To ensure the business adheres to the highest standards, you’ll review and produce documentation in line with legislative changes and internal processes to help support compliance across the business.

As the Senior Safety Advisor, you’ll need to have NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent experience) as well as experience in developing safety behavioural programmes and safety management systems. You’ll have experience of auditing and have a full UK/EU driving licence.

You’ll have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to help raise awareness, influence process change, and drive continuous improvement and the adoption of best practice.

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and a performance-related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.
