Regional H&S Manager - SW of England / Midlands - £40k to £50k plus company car - Perm
YOUR NEW COMPANY
A well-established property accommodation company with hundreds of building across all UK is looking for a Regional Health & Safety Manager to cover the West of England and Midlands region.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Health & Safety you will be responsible for approximately 40 sites and proactively carry out Health & Safety inspections, Workplace Risk Assessments, accident investigations and monitor data for trend analysis, fire reviews, RIDDOR reporting, managing H&S projects, provide H&S training as required, act as a specific point of contact for all H&S queries, participate in the regional Health and Safety Committee and reporting to the board.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You will need to hold a NEBOSH Diploma or/and equivalent, be at Grad IOSH level (or working towards), have great communication and engagement skills and ability to deliver H&S training. You will have ideally background within the FM, Property or Hospitality sectors and hold a NEBOSH certificate in Fire Safety Management.
