Compliance and SHEQ Manager
Your new role
Working for an FM facilities provider, you will be working on their utilities contract as a Compliance and SHEQ Manager managing London and the surrounding region - covering Chelmsford, Oxford, Reading & Dartford.
You will be responsible for helping expand on the positive safety and risk management culture of the company, as well as ensuring the teams working with the organisation and engineers comply with contractual legal obligations in areas such as: electrical distribution, gas & oil, pressure systems and water quality.
You will report back to the business on Compliance Inspection Reports in order to continually improve policies and performance and will strive to understand business activities and needs in order to provide advice and agree appropriate actions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good understanding of legislation and industry standards, as well as their practical application. A good knowledge of auditing, monitoring and report writing as well as the proven ability to advise management on policy improvements will be required.
You will be qualified to NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent.
