EHS Manager International
A manufacturing and logistics company are looking for an EHS International Manager to implement and report on all Environmental Health and Safety Programmes and activities across international company sites. You will undertake operational risk assessments and audits across sites in the UK, Europe and China. You will investigate injuries at these sites and implement programmes to prevent and reduce such injuries and accidents.
Across the sites you will maintain international management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001) and ensure the business is up to date with UK and international regulations. On top of this, you will coordinate occupational health provision, carry out inductions for new starters and maintain all required datasets for reporting purposes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require strong experience in the manufacturing industry and will have a good knowledge of relevant management systems. You must be keen to travel both nationally and internationally, whilst being proactive in ensuring your knowledge is up to date in all relevant areas and regions.
You will be a member of IOSH and hold a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
