As the Health, Safety & Environmental Committees and Indirects Business Partner you will be joining a team of 3 managers and 18 HS&E Coordinators, this role is essential establishing a business partnering function in support of the indirect divisions due to the change in expectation and requirements across the organisation. This role will incorporate existing coordination of the HS&E committees across the organisation, support for the Health, Safety & Environmental Representatives as well as internal control of departments cost & budgeting.
You will coordinate the HSE committee activities at company and divisional level, supporting the other business partners. Acting as liaison between indirect department management and the HS&E department for the purposes of risk assessment, accident investigation, audits, inspections and other legal requirements.
As the Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator you will effectively coordinate the control of the HSE department budgets and monthly spend. IT Systems admin for HS&E department. Admin / moderator for HS&E SharePoint platform for HS&E Representatives. Promoting and communicating the introduction and ongoing use of the Health, Safety and Environmental IT system across the indirect departments and divisions.
To be considered for the position of HS&E Committees and Indirects Business Partner you must hold a minimum of NEBOSH (Certificate level) in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. You will have experience of managing cost budget setting and have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
