Health and Safety Training Co-Ordinator - Housebuild
An opportunity for a Health and Safety Training Co-Ordinator to work for one of the success stories within the UK house build market on initial 12 month fixed term. Driven by quality and an expert approach to safety culture our client now requires a quick-thinking and versatile Group Health and Safety Co-Ordinator to provide a comprehensive training service across the group reporting directly to the SHE Manager.
Based in the Midlands, but with a potential opportunity to travel across the region you must hold a full driving license and you will ideally have worked within a Health and Safety training department/ or a Health and Safety team and be computer literate.
You must be able to demonstrate within your CV that you are confident working autonomously and have experience of working within a demanding and challenging environment where deadlines are continual.
Analytical, organisational and a strong commercial/financial awareness will also be requirements for this opportunity.
You will be required to organise Health and Safety training needs across the group – to identify where training needs are required, recognising both the business and individuals needs and be mindful of confidentiality at all times.
The minimum qualification requirement is a Nebosh General, or equivalent, as you will be required to adhere to Legislation, Regulations and Group Policies and Procedures ensure safe working practices.
Previous experience of organising training events and maintaining employee training database of employee Health and Safety skills would be the ideal.
