H&S Manager - London - Up to £37k - FM Sector

A top tier FM company is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to work embedded on their Care and Custodial contract located in London.
YOUR NEW ROLE
This is a stand-alone position and you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and working alongside with the facilities team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating risk assessments, conducting and reporting on fire walks, oversee fire drills and investigate all fire incidents, updating fire risk assessments, liaising with the London Fire Brigade, attending meetings and perform duties as the Secretary of the H&S Committee, chairing Worksafe/Homesafe meetings, conducting Safety Tours and manage the onsite system, delivering toolbox talks and training, collating, investigate, monitoring and reporting on BI 510 accident reports, conducting site inductions for staff and contractors and managing the on-site asbestos plan and management system.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You'll be offered a salary up to £37k, 25 days leave plus bank holidays and company pension.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You must have a NEBOSH General Certificate (NEBOSH Diploma is ideal), have good communication, engaging and IT skills and a strong knowledge on Fire Safety.
