Health & Safety Advisor
A varied Health & Safety Advisor role to join a successful, growing H&S consultancy in Southampton.
Your new company
I am pleased to represent a key client who cover the South of the UK, based out of their Southampton office. The business offer a vast range of Health and Safety advice and services to a variety of clients across different industries (mainly construction).
The company offer their portfolio of clients their very own safety department and everything they need to be organised, supported, up to date and competent.
Your new role
As Health and Safety Advisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and benefit from the support of a talented team with a great mixture of H&S experience. This is a varied and challenging role with an employer of choice in the Hampshire area. The business are proud to offer a positive environment and conduct a range of internal/external training that will give you the chance to thrive and develop your Health and Safety career.
Working hours: 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This is a mobile role so a Full UK Driving Licence and a willingness to travel is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
As Health and Safety Advisor, you need to be a confident, personable individual with a positive approach to H&S. You must hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (as many clients are based in this industry) and have good training experience, but the client could be flexible on your industry background for the right person.

The company are offering a market-led salary of between £30,000-£40,000 (DOE), a lease car or car allowance (£3,000), 25 days holiday + BH's and the potential to gain future Health and Safety qualifications through the business.
