An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading professional services business as an Health and Safety Coordinator. Working on an EMEA wide account for a blue-chip client, you will work as part of a small HSE team, ensuring risks are managed effectively at all levels. You will support office based staff as well as facilities management activities, and will provide hands on andadministrative support. This is a great opportunity to learn technical skills and progress your career quickly within aninternationally recognised organisation.


The Role 

  • Contractor management; reviewing RAMS, issuing permits to work
  • Manage hazard reports across the account
  • Communicate changes to HSE policies and proceedures
  • Manage the HSE document filing system
  • Monitor and respond to HSE enquires, responding and escalating as appropriate

The Candidate

  • NEBOSH General Certificate, NCRQ Level 6 Certificate; a degree in an Environmental Management discipline will also be considered
  • Hands on H&S experience, ideally within a facilities, property or corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and develop
  • Happy to travel both regionally and internationally on an infrequent basis
