We are exclusively working with a Consultancy who provide HSEQ provision within the Construction sector in the recruitment of a Health and Safety Consultant on a permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation with a clear vision to become a leading consultancy in the UK:

The Role:

  • Working within Residential Build organisations to provide Health and Safety support and guidance.
  • Regularly conduct site safety checks, record data appropriately and report to both the client and the consultancy. 
  • Encourage the Health and Safety culture within the business and promote it’s values.
  • Keep abreast of current legislation, guidance, standards and best practise. 
  • Production of Fire Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Conduct Scaffold inspections.
  • Support in the production of CDM files.
  • Conduct Profile Performance Qualification Protocol assessments.


The Candidate:

  • Must hold a NEBOSH Qualification or equivalent.
  • A CSCS Card would be desirable, required fitness to obtain a CSCS card is essential.
  • People’s person – approachable, supportive and active in their response time.
  • Open to speak to Newly Qualified professionals or individuals with experience in Construction environments.
  • Experience in organising, conducting and recording Assessments.
  • Positive “can-do” mentality. Strong minded to make a positive change and overcome barriers along the way within a high risk environment.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • A team player and leader but isn’t afraid to be hands-on to achieve the business needs.
