We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, systematic and highly organised Fire Safety Manager to lead on fire safety compliance for the Group. This will include undertaking and implementing risk assessments in respect of fire safety for all of our premises, providing expert advice on changes to legislation and best practice, and supporting the overall delivery of an excellent health and safety service.
The successful applicant will have experience of managing fire safety in both commercial and residential properties, developing fire strategies and passive protection surveys, and experience of effectively communicating technical information to a variety of levels. A fire engineering degree or equivalent qualification is also essential.

The role attracts a car allowance, 22 days annual leave, increasing to 27 over 5 years, a day off for volunteering, birthday leave and a personal day. This role has also been identified as eligible for agile working under our Agile Working Policy. Consequently, although the location of the role states Norwich, this is negotiable should the successful applicant live closer to one of our other offices.
A driving licence is essential as travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk is required.
