A highly regarded manufacturing firm based in Birmingham, West Midlands are looking to appoint a QHSE Manager. Working closely with the senior directors, you will look to promote a positive health & safety culture throughout, monitoring a high risk manufacturing environment.
Your new role
As QHSE Manager you will be responsible for leading on all Health & Safety aspects, maintaining management systems ISO 9001 2015, carrying out monthly audits, developing policy and procedure and delivering training across the board. In addition you will carry out LOLER & PUWER inspections and COSHH risk assessments. You will look to develop the HSE systems, and create/ implement a well being strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous experience operating in a health & safety role, within a manufacturing environment. You will hold NEBOSH general as a minimum and ideally hold an Internal Auditor accreditation either ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.
