A leading facilities firm which provides mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy services are looking to appoint a HSE Advisor to work on behalf of one of their highly regarded contractors based in Coventry. Working on site you will immerse yourself within the company culture and ethos, working closely with the senior management team, promoting a positive safety culture throughout.
Your new role
As HSE Advisor you will be responsible for managing the Health & Safety for staff on a client contract, developing and implementing H&S strategy, reviewing policy and procedure, carrying out sire audits, identifying good practice and areas for improvement, carrying out risk assessments and undertaking site safety inspections advising on CDM projects and results.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will hold NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction with previous experience working within a Health & Safety role ideally within a facilities environment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence a senior management and shop floor.
