HSE Operational Team Manager- South

Salary up to £50,000 + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits


The HSE Operational Team Manager is a people focused position tasked with managing, mentoring and supporting a team of HSE Consultants based across the South Region. We are looking for someone with a real passion for developing others and strong experience of managing field based teams successfully


Based in the South, the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HSE Operations to implement and manage the operations strategy and ensure compliance with external accreditation

In addition to line management of a team of specialist consultants, the role holds responsibility for the implementation of effective business processes and working closely with the technical governance team to ensure adherence to relevant standards are achieved, continuous professional development is evidenced and knowledge is grown within the team.    


The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated, chartered professional with proven success of leading H&S teams at this level, demonstrated proficiency in delivery of a product/ service and familiarity with legislation and good practices. You will be degree level educated (or equivalent) in Health and Safety/ CMIOSH and have excellent experience/ technical knowledge
