HSE Compliance Manager - Construction
Do you have previous experience in supporting with all HSQE compliance matters within a construction and maintenance environment?
If you are a passionate health and safety professional who is searching for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established H&S team within a growing construction and maintenance company who work on a variety of projects from small to large scale construction then look no further.
The successful candidate
Solid experience in managing HSE compliance whist working with a principle contractor is key or working with significant maintenance contracts.
This is the ideal position for somebody who has a strong background in developing and maintaining management systems, auditing management systems, fire risk assessments, developing training, reviewing business plans against current trends and potential risks and leading on input for tender response.
Previous experience in demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development is desired. You will need to show fantastic enthusiasm, drive and self-confidence which motivates and inspires others.
Knowledge and experience of developing and maintaining ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems is essential.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of a NEBOSH Fire, NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NCRQ or equivalent and you will ideally be a lead auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK and is key.
