Health and Safety Manager
Your new company
A reputable housebuilder who operate across the East Midlands are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to become part of their established Health & Safety department. Working closely with senior management team, you will look to engage and promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out multiple site visits and projects, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, developing and monitoring management systems, reviewing and creating Health & Safety policies and procedures, identifying risks and ensuring best practice throughout. You will deliver training and tool box talks both to internal members of staff and contractors as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have amassed a wealth of experience working within the construction environment and it would be highly advantageous if you have worked within a gas or electrical environment. You will have working knowledge or CDM regulations 2015, with the ability to communicate to all levels. You will have NVQ Level 5 or NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH General/ Construction and a valid CSCS card. You will have a practical approach, looking to immerse yourself within a successful and growing organisation.
