One of the leading total FM contractors is looking for a HSEQ Advisor to be based onsite at a global corporate company based in London. The purpose of this role is enthuse and engage across the business community driving cultural and behavioural change that drives down accidents and increases awareness and compliance.
YOUR NEW ROLE
This is a key appoint for the account, it is essential that my client finds the candidate with not only the right technical knowledge but also the communication skills to be able to influence and persuade from an outsourced perspective. Working in a stand-alone position and alongside with the clients' internal H&S team you will be providing assistance with HSEQ responsibilities across the contract as and when required, operating within an office environment, client buildings and associated ground, ensuring contracts are following the framework as laid out by specific statutory legislation, providing daily contact with in-house HSEQ team to establish progress and communicate any issues that require escalation and regular contact with client and staff to assure them of compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be the successful candidate for this highly sort after position, it is essential that you have Health & Safety experience ideally across FM, Property or Retail sectors. You will have a NEBOSH Certificate and experience with management systems accredited with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You'll be offered up to £38,000 salary, bonus of 5% based on performance and company pension.
