Develop & Maintain the HSE culture – Working with key-stakeholders in helping them understand their role in HSE managementTo be a driving-force for HSE performanceSupport the senior management team in developing and maintaining a positive HSE cultureCarry out training and audits on a regular basis
Hold the NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualificationDemonstrate the ability to engage and influence othersMaintain a hands-on approach – The ability to build working relationships is vitalExperience of working in a fast-paced and high risk environment. Ideally have logistics or FMCG experience
