HSE Advisor (Chemical Process)

A chemical processing site based in North Wales. Team size is increasing to coincide with the business growth

Your new company
A chemical process organisation based in North Wales. The organisation are part of a large group. The organisation has recently gone through a good period of growth and are predicting even more. The team size will be increasing to coincide with overall growth of the business.

Your new role
Provide HSE guidance
Coordinate compliance in relation management systems and COMAH regulations
Coaching and training of site personnel
Inspections and audits
Support HSE manager with longer term strategic plans

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be certified to NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent and be a member of IOSH. You will need to have experience within a chemical processing environment (not necessarily upper tier COMAH) You will have a good understanding of legislation and have the confidence to deal with all levels of stakeholder, internally and externally. You will have some experience of designing and delivering training.
