Principal CDM consutant

Opportunity:

My client is a major global consultancy and design organisation delivering planning, engineering and project management services. The role offers the opportunity of progression and career development within a growing construction assurance team. They are looking for a CDM specialist with CDM advisor and Principal designer experience so as to support the delivery of projects across a range of programmes, including Retail, Banking, Commercial, Education and Local authority.

Requirements:

As a member of the SHEQ team you will focus the delivery of services across the South of England and be flexible to work across multiple locations. You must also be able of coordinate multiple aspects of programme delivery while maintaining the consultancy's core values; including collaboration, integrity and sustainability. An integral aspect of the role will be the provision of advice regarding CDM regulations and relevant EHS requirements.

Skills:

• NEBOSH Construction
• CMaPS or IMaPs.
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015.
• Experience of successfully managing and bidding for CDM projects in excess of £10m involving multi- disciplinary design teams
