Job Details
An opportunity has arisen to join a property management business as a Fire Safety Advisor. In this role, you will work alongside a team of fire safety specialists, working to ensure compliance as well as driving a positive fire safety culture and working towards best practice.
The Role
- Provide hands-on fire safety support to staff and managers
- Undertake inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Promote a positive fire safety culture across the business
- Assist in the development of the PAS7 fire safety management system
- Develop and deliver fire safety training
The Candidate
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
- Membership of a recognised fire safety institute
- Practical experience as a fire safety advisor in a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of the property sector desirable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communicator - can liaise at all levels
- Full driving licence, happy to travel within London and the South East as required
