Compliance Officer

HSE Recruitment are exclusively working with a major property company, that is growing exponentially, on the recruitment of a Compliance Officer for a fixed term contract of 12 months. This role will be based from Kent and requires an immediate start.

As a Compliance manager you be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures have been completed appropriately across site, in order to ensure the company is fully compliant, and staff members are full aware of their responsibilities. You will be responsible for any compliance queries that come into the department and helping the department to achieve appropriate KPI's related to compliance.

This role would be ideal for those with a background of compliance and safety within a property or housing environment, however those with extensive and demonstrable experience of working in a compliance capacity in other industries and environments will definitely be considered. We are looking for candidates ideally with NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent but most important is a proactive and engaging attitude, with a technical and detail focused mind set.
