CDM Advisor

Do you have significant experience of working under the CDM regulations 2015 and looking to move to a company who are focussed on developing your career? Then this role is for you. Our client is looking for a CDM Partner to lead on a wide range of construction projects across London and the Home Counties.

The role:

• Working across up to 50 projects a year, you will provide design risk management services to clients, principal designers and designers
• Account management of one of the consultancies largest clients, a client who operates at the upper end of the interior fit out market
• Prepare a wide range of pre-construction and construction related documentation
• Provide advice and support at board and senior executive level

The candidate:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• CMaPS or IMaPS
• Experience of providing advice under the CDM regulations
• Significant construction experience
