Health & Safety Manager
An ambitious H&S Manager to join an established, multi-disciplinary construction business in Dorchester.

Your new role
Reporting to a Senior Health & Safety Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible individual to join the business. This is a new permanent role due to the success in winning recent projects and subsequent growth of the company. The base location is Dorchester, but this is a mobile role working across many locations, the majority of which are in Dorset or Hampshire.
You will enjoy a varied role working on different locations and projects between £1m-£18m in value. These include prestigious work on a local museum, a site for over 40 affordable houses and a multi-million £ car showroom for a leading UK manufacturer.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within a multi-site construction/civil engineering role, working across different project types. You must have a good working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and 45001, with a demonstrable knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
You will hold a NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate and be qualified to Diploma level in Health and Safety - NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (Grad IOSH/NVQ/NCRQ etc).
